I saw Ink several weeks back and was blown away by it's beauty and originality. The only "flaw" with the film was that I spent literally an hour trying to piece out what the ending meant. But I can tell you it was an hour well spent.
I will watch anything Winans creates. Even an Old Navy commerical.

I ALMOST cryed but didnt. My husband was in the room and he makes fun of me when I cry so I mananaged to stifle myself. It was worth having him in the room cuz he can be a bit of a "John" and so at the end of the movie he DID make remarks about how he should work on that. WOW! All THAT for a $5 rental fee! Better than thearpy!

I just want to remind anyone who is going to watch this that if you have kids and or pets lock em away first! You CANT be distracted while watching it. You really have to wrap your mind around shit. For me a really important scene was going on and - no shit - CALGON take me away - the doorbell rang, my two dogs started barking and my daughter ran into the room and started talking! It was like "Shut The Fuck Up! Complicated Movie On!" and of course my daughter was like "Hello? You watch TROLL 2! You dont know what the phrase 'complicated movie' MEANS!"

Recommended, but watch it sober alert and if possible alone or with someone with a ball-gag in their mouth.

Very glad to hear you enjoyed it, Unk (and thank you for the shout out). Nothing worse than proclaiming a movie to be great, then those you recommend it to totally hate it!
And Andre? Don't feel bad. While I refuse to either confirm, nor deny tears actually fell, the movie did both warm, and break my heart several times.

Glad to hear you loved it. It was astoundingly profound- so much so that it really hurt my head- but in a good way of course!
And don't tell anyone but I cried at least twice.

I need to see this. It sounds a bit like a tamer Ice From the Sun, which is one of my favorite low budget films.
