Wow. Completely stumped on most of these, but I think #1 might be Raising Cain.
Wait – I think #3 is Sisters, and I think there might be a theme.

I think #8 is the Black Dahlia
I've never seen it, so I'm talking a guess here, but is #2 Home Movies?
#2 might be Blow Out? Those women and the movie posters in the background all have a 1981-look going on.
mhenders – Blow Out makes much more sense. De Palma sends up the slasher genre with a movie-in-the-movie there.
