    #9 is Don’t Go To Sleep…Otherwise, I’m stumped.

#7-I believe it was called “The Spell” and it’s a nasty case of spontaneous combustion.

Unfortunately, I know exactly zero of the answers…

DONT GO TO SLEEP is the only one that grabs me by the throat!

    Man, I suck at this

#6 is “Weekend of Terror”–one of the greatest films of ALL TIME!!

    #1–Max Headroom?
    #3–This House Possessed
    #4–The Woman in Black
    That’s all I got. 🙂

I knew The Spell had to show up here sometime.  I just *love* that movie.

    Complete guesses here. Is…
    (1) Home For The Holidays (early Sally Field movie)?
    (8) I can’t remember the name, but is the 80s movie about the gated community with the health club built over a demon’s lair?

@EegahInc: You must be talking about the LUCCI-TASTIC INVITATION TO HELL

    Hey everybody,
So far so good. We’ve got some great guesses…
Taylor, you called #9: Don’t Go to Sleep correctly (and a little bird told me this movie FREAKS mamasweetpeachs out!)
LaDracul got #7: The Spell (Horrorcat, it’s one of my fave scenes in TV movie history)
Saladbar! I love thee! Yes, #6 is Weekend of Terror and, yes, it’s totally awesome!
Vicar got #3 This House Possessed (probably my all time fave TVM) and #4 The Woman in Black, another scary fave.
Did anyone read the revamped Hammer Films is remaking the Woman in Black? Hmmm, I’m curious about it…
Eegah, I LOVE Invitation to Hell, but that’s not it. I really need to rewatch that movie. Robert Urich = meow…
    Here’s some clues:
#1: Futuristic slasher of sorts co-written by the guy who also penned Computercide (no joke)
#2: The Freeway Fiddler did it!
#5: This one is really hard… A total obscurity, I’ll just say the animals are on the boulevard!
#8: Cops in cardigans, famous sexpot as model/stockbroker
    #10: Beware of Devil’s Elbow
Oh, and by the way the bottom one with the How many can you name logo is from Fantasy Island! This girl played Lolita…. No really, she did!
Thanks everybody for participating. These have been so much fun for me!

    #1: Future Cop
#2:  Death Car on the Freeway
#5: The Beasts Are on the Streets
    #8: Calendar Girl Murders
    #10: Cry for the Strangers

Propagatrix!!! Glad to see you here.

You got them all except #1… Think Stefanie Powers…

I have to admit, I’ve never heard of Future Cop. It sounds absolutely fabulous! 🙂

DUH!  It’s Paperman, with my beloved Dean Stockwell!!!

  • 14 Amanda By NightNo Gravatar // Feb 5, 2010 at 8:25 pm

You got it. Paper Man 4ever! Propagatrix, have you ever seen the Failing of Raymond? Dean Stockwell is SO good in that movie!
    Thanks everybody, that was fun!

Thanks Amanda, as usual you’ve added several titles to my must see list! I have never even heard of Paperman!

  • 16 EegahIncNo Gravatar // Feb 6, 2010 at 11:07 am

Arrgh! I can’t believe I didn’t recognize the Calendar Girl Murders!
(Oh, and obviously I thought #2 was Home For The Holidays, not #1. Not that I wouldn’t want to see Sally Field fight to the death with a killer robot, mind you.)
